March 2015 – Notice of change to the provider of the LBGSA and of changes to the LBGSA Terms and Conditions
From 1 July 2015, HSDL will be replaced by EFSL as custodian for your shares. From that date, HSDL will no longer have any responsibility to you for your shares and EFSL will be responsible to you and will ensure that your shares are transferred to a member of the Equiniti Group and held by them on your behalf. You will continue to be the ‘beneficial owner’ of the shares.
When EFSL becomes responsible for the LBGSA on 1 July 2015, the LBGSA Terms and Conditions will be amended. Until that date, the existing Terms and Conditions will continue to apply. The new Terms and Conditions which will apply are available here . A summary of the key changes to the Terms and Conditions are explained by EFSL in a letter to holders of shares in the LBGSA.
If you do not want your shares to be held in the LBGSA when EFSL assumes responsibility, you can withdraw your shares from the LBGSA by writing to EFSL at the address shown in the letter sent to holders of shares in the LBGSA, dated 27 March 2015, providing your name, your Shareholder reference and stating that you do not wish to hold your shares through the LBGSA. In order for your withdrawal to be free of charge, EFSL must receive notice of your withdrawal by 30 June 2015.
