We will digitise the Group, transforming more customer and colleague journeys end-to-end, while also modernising our data and IT architecture.

We will maximise Group capabilities to address customers’ banking and insurance needs as the sole integrated UK banking and insurance provider.

We will also transform our ways of working. We will become more agile and make the largest ever investment in our colleagues, building out our future capabilities.
