To support this, we have developed a Code of Personal Responsibility and a Code of Business Responsibility to guide us, and ensure we operate responsibly as both individuals and as a business. We know we can only be the best bank for customers through having the highest standards of responsible behaviour. We expect all colleagues to live up to these codes. The Codes guide our decision-making and help us put into practice our commitment to strive to always do the right thing.
