Developed by the Chartered Banker Professional Standards Board, the Foundation Standard helps us to restore the trust and confidence of our customers and enhance our skills in the work we do every day.
The Foundation Standard consists of a range of knowledge, skills, attitude and behavioural indicators, which we have benchmarked against day-to-day practices and activities in our business. These include our Values, Code of Responsibility, Performance Management procedures and learning & development curriculum.
