Department Overview

Group Property is responsible for the acquisition, maintenance and disposal of all buildings in the Lloyds Banking Group estate.

Our teams are structured according to their specialist areas – one solely responsible for buying and selling, another managing our supplier relationships, even a team of construction specialists for those occasions where we build a property ourselves.

We also have teams who look after our Group Property strategy, our relationships with other divisions and a host of project specialists who drive change and manage our MI.
