When you are in charge of the Branch, you take responsibility for the way all our customers feel about their bank. You will lead colleagues to better serve customers, meeting their needs and delivering business and service objectives, within the branch and your local community. You’ll need to motivate your team, to drive excellence in customer service.
You will visibly role model and live the Lloyds Banking Group Values, Colleague Behaviours, business and personal Code of Responsibility, ensuring the Lloyds Banking Group culture is alive throughout your branch and colleagues.
