Department Overview

You will work as an integral part of your branch team to deliver the right customer outcomes by better serving Lloyds Banking Group customers. Meeting customer needs, delivering business and service objectives, directly with your customers and your local community.

We want you to give exceptional service by being yourself – by using your empathy and your great listening skills to build relationships and help people get what they want out of life. Understanding their needs, you’ll identify the best ways for us to help them.

What you can expect

We’ll provide great training, helping you develop an in-depth knowledge of our products and processes; you will be supported by a manager who will set you objectives and then help you reach them. To help you become professionally qualified in your role, you will if eligible, have the opportunity to gain an industry recognised qualification, such as working towards an Apprenticeship in Providing Financial Services.
