The Insurance division operates in two main areas: General Insurance - home, motor, PPI and travel insurance; and Life, Pensions and Investments - retirement, protection and investment products through Scottish Widows and Clerical Medical. Customers buy these products through our high street brands and through Independent Financial Advisers.
