Capitalisation Issue - May 2009
  

The Capitalisation Issue was approved by shareholders at the General Meeting on 19 November 2008.

 

It was announced on 27 February 2009 that shareholders would receive one Capitalisation Issue share for every 40 ordinary shares they held at close of business on the Record Date, which was 8 May.

 

The number of shares issued was rounded down to the nearest whole number and no fractions were awarded. Shareholders holding less than 40 shares did not receive any Capitalisation Issue shares.
