Lloyds Banking Group announces the appointment of a Chief Administrative Officer |

Lloyds Banking Group has today announced the appointment of Cathy Turner as the Group’s Chief Administrative Officer.
Cathy’s responsibilities will be broad-based including accountability for several Group-wide functions which include Legal and Corporate Secretariat, Human Resources, Audit and Corporate Brand. In addition, Cathy will lead several strategic projects including the Group's organisation design and quality. Cathy will report to António Horta-Osório, Group Chief Executive, and will be a member of the Group’s Executive Committee. She will join the Group 1 June 2012.
