Street Level Prices 2009 Yorkshire

The most expensive streets in Yorkshire and the Humber are mainly in the area that make up the so-called "Golden Triangle" between Harrogate, York and north Leeds. Six of the ten most expensive streets in the region are in Harrogate. The most expensive is the Royal Gardens with an average house price of £720,8001. This is followed by Green Lane (£712,465), Wheatlands Road East (£600,062), St Winifreds Road (£592,383), St. Thomas A Becket Walk (£588,408) and The Oval (£586,200).
