JOB TITLE: Fleet admin
SALARY: £29431
LOCATION(S): Watford
HOURS: Full-time
WORKING PATTERN: For the first 6 months you will be in office for 5 days a week, and then move to hybrid, which involves spending at least three days per week at the Watford office site

Working within the Customer Service Team and in providing admin support in life vehicle management to help with administrating vehicle records, and updating internal and external suppliers

What you’ll need
Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with SAFO to ensure processes are working and developing and also cover the RFL process
Owns any interaction via telephone/ emails through to completion, proactively chasing responses internally and externally where needed to complete tasks with V5 administration, managing untaxed and SORN vehicles, dealing with fines, DVLA queries and debt recovery.
Managing internal and external systems, and ensure high attention to detail in keeping information accurate and up to date and compiling reports to agreed to deadlines
Ensuring all amendments are captured and feed back to the Fleet admin supervisor
Manages self with strong organisational and time management skills, but also able to work as part of a team
And any experience of these would be really useful
Salesforce is desirable but not essential
Strong IT skills – Word and Excel
High attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a polite and professional manner
