About this opportunity

Our Commercial Team plays a pivotal role in shaping strategic growth, launching new products and continuously improving insight, reporting, and forecasting. We’re responsible for the end-to-end profitability of vehicles throughout their lifecycle, working cross-functionally across the business to drive long-term, sustainable success.

As Commercial Insight Lead, you’ll play a central role in delivering decision-shaping insight and forward-looking analysis across key services including insurance, repairs, and maintenance. You’ll use your commercial acumen and analytical skills to identify opportunities, mitigate risks and guide strategic decisions. With regular exposure to the Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team, this is a visible role that blends data, strategy and business partnering.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering high-quality commercial analysis and forecasting, with a focus on insurance, maintenance and repairs.

  • Preparing and presenting monthly performance reporting, including variance analysis and trend insights.

  • Developing and improving tools and processes for monitoring service performance

  • Identifying risks, opportunities and key profitability drivers through proactive data exploration.

  • Collaborating with internal and external partners to inform process enhancements.

  • Supporting wider strategic initiatives, including product innovation, pricing decisions and commercial planning.

A phenomenal opportunity for someone who enjoys combining analytical thinking with real-world impact!
