JOB TITLE: Paid Social and Affiliates Manager.

SALARY:£59,850pa to £86,691pa (dependant on location and experience) plus an extensive benefits package. 

LOCATION: London, Bristol, Edinburgh, Leeds, Halifax or Chester. 

HOURS: 35 hours, full time. 

WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of your time, at one of the above the listed hubs.

Are you ready to play a key role as part of our Growth team in driving customer acquisition and commercial growth through data-led strategy, execution, and optimisation of paid social affiliate marketing. You’ll own the day-to-day performance of the channel, working closely with internal teams and agency partners to deliver impactful, measurable results. 
You’ll be hands-on in platforms, constantly testing, learning, and scaling what works. You will thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and are passionate about unlocking growth through smart, creative, and data-informed marketing. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Define and deliver a data-driven growth strategy across Paid Social focused on driving customer acquisition and incremental commercial impact across multiple brands and products. 

  • Work with the Senior Manager, marketing enablement team, and external suppliers to test and scale affiliate partners. Ensure supplier expertise are utilised in order to share best practice and drive internal knowledge and experience. 

  • Lead the planning, activation, and optimisation of always-on and test campaigns across Paid Social platforms, ensuring performance is continuously improved through data-led decision making. 

  • Translate strategic goals into detailed, bottom-up channel plans that target the most profitable customer cohorts and deliver measurable business outcomes. 

  • Work closely with media agencies ensuring alignment on strategy, execution, and performance. 

  • Work with creative agencies to create strong and impactful social creative that adheres to channel best  practice and drives strong efficient acquisition 

  • Champion a robust test and learn culture, designing and executing experiments with clear measurement frameworks to drive incremental growth and actionable insights 

  • Partner with Full Funnel teams to identify and scale new growth levers. Be a part of the wider full funnel campaign team, being the social expert to help shape campaigns based on digital best practice. 

  • Stay ahead of platform innovations, emerging trends, and new opportunities - proactively surfacing new tactics, formats, and capabilities to unlock growth 

  • Support the Social & Affiliates Senior Manager in shaping the long-term vision for the channel, including innovation roadmaps and performance insights 

  • Contribute to best practice development, campaign documentation, and knowledge sharing across the team 

About you 

  • Deep channel specialism – not only mastering the intricacies of Paid Social marketing but also strategically leveraging that expertise to drive measurable business results. Confident in budget management, audience targeting, creative testing, and leveraging platform-specific tools to deliver demonstrable incremental commercial impact 

  • Affiliate marketing knowledge – this role sits within the Social & Affiliates team and may involve supporting the growth of the affiliate channel. A solid understanding of affiliate marketing principles, partner management, and performance-based models is beneficial 

  • Performance marketing – demonstrated experience in managing paid social campaigns, identifying opportunities to optimise activity to drive measurable growth across key product areas. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable optimisations 

  • Creative & campaign execution – hands-on experience in briefing, building, and launching paid social campaigns end-to-end. Comfortable working with creative teams to develop high-performing assets, and confident in testing and iterating creative formats, messaging, and placements to maximise impact. 

  • Growth mindset – always on the lookout for new ways to unlock growth & scale paid social performance. Whether it’s testing new platforms, piloting new ad formats, exploring Beta opportunities, or unlocking new capabilities within existing channels, you have examples of proactively identifying and champion initiatives that drive incremental growth.
