• JOB TITLE: Driver Excellence

• SALARY: £30,609 rising to £31,330 as from April 2026

• LOCATION(S): Watford

• HOURS: Full-time

• WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least three days per week, or 60% of our time, at our Watford office site. During the training period, we do ask new starters to be in the office 5 days a week until they are competent and fully trained

To support our drivers by delivering the best service, through knowledge, education and passion. To do the right thing whilst always putting the driver and their experience first by taking time to understand the drivers needs to deliver difficult messages, using each opportunity to explain and educate and then manage of internal and external systems, keeping information accurate and up to date and be fully accountability for the work and service you deliver, striving to exceed KPIs and SLAs through inbound and outbound interactions in the team

What you’ll need

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polite and professional telephone manner

• Proactively looks for how to do the best job with inquisitive nature which asks questions about context and impact

• Manage self with strong organisational and time management skills

• Ability to flex and prioritise to meet varied business pressures

• High accuracy levels and attention to detail

And any experience of these would be really useful

• Own any interaction through to completion, proactively chasing responses internally and externally where needed to complete a tas

• Respond to all interactions articulately and professionally, providing all the information required first time

• Always put yourself in the driver’s shoes to see things from their perspective
