- you agree not to disclose all or any part of the Report to any other person, by any means, or refer to us or any member of the global network of Ernst & Young firms in connection with the Report; and,
- these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and any dispute regarding these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
