Ellie joined the Group back in 2009 as a Complaint Handler. Since then she’s made the most of our retraining opportunities, moving into a different area of the Group and embracing a new career path.
Since he began working in our retail branches aged 16, Dillon harboured an ambition to be part of our People and Culture teams. Many years and several roles later, he’s made that goal a reality.
Making the move from IT, to Learning, to her new Health and Wellbeing role – not only is Sanaa fulfilling her purpose of helping others grow, but she’s learning more about herself in the process.
