Our learning opportunities will test your abilities, but will also provide you with the experience and transferable skills to succeed in whichever area of the company you choose to work.

All our colleagues in customer facing roles will also complete the Chartered Banker Foundation Standard.  The Foundation Standard was developed by the Chartered Banker Professional Standards Board – in which we play a leading role – and has been adopted by all the major UK banks. The initiative will help us to restore the trust and confidence of our customers and enhance our pride in what we do every day.
