  • Working with cloud-based environments and event-driven systems
  • Collaborating with teams, partners and industry groups to shape future payment solutions
  • Contributing to continuous improvement through agile delivery practices

What you’ll bring

We’re interested in people who can bring a mix of the following. If you don’t meet every requirement, we’d still love to hear from you.

  • Knowledge of cloud-based platforms and container technologies (e.g. GCP or similar)
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code
  • Understanding of databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle or similar
  • Experience building or integrating frontend applications (e.g. React, TypeScript)

It would be great if you also have

  • Experience with Kafka, Quarkus or similar technologies
  • Exposure to distributed ledger technologies (DLT), blockchain or DAML
  • Familiarity with GCP or other public cloud platforms
  • Experience working with globally distributed systems or high-scale platforms

About working for us

We’re building an inclusive organisation that reflects modern Britain. We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds and experiences, particularly those currently under-represented in our industry.
We’re a Disability Confident employer and will make adjustments to support you through the recruitment process.

What you’ll get in return

  • Pension contribution of up to 15%
  • Annual performance-related bonus
  • Share schemes (including free shares)
  • 30 days’ holiday plus bank holidays
