Working Pattern:

About this opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Talent Partner to join our Group Talent team, partnering closely with senior business leaders and HR Directors to shape and deliver a high-impact talent agenda. This is a strategically important role focused on strengthening leadership pipelines, succession planning, talent mobility and future workforce capability. You'll connect business needs with the full breadth of Group Talent expertise, helping leaders make informed decisions that build talent density and organisational performance. If you're passionate about developing exceptional talent and influencing at the highest levels, this is an opportunity to make a significant impact across the Group.
