HOURS: Full-Time

About This Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our CIB Rectification & Remediation (R&R) team, helping us put things right when things have gone wrong for our clients. You’ll work across a varied and high-profile portfolio, delivering complex change and ensuring our clients are treated fairly and lessons are learned.

As a Project Manager, you’ll lead your delivery team across the full project lifecycle, bringing strong project management disciplines across analysis, planning, governance, financial management and delivery. You’ll challenge thinking and explore new ideas, helping create an environment where the team can deliver at its best.

Working across teams and business areas, you’ll help ensure we continue to deliver high standards of service while meeting our regulatory requirements.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract opportunity.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead change projects from idea through to implementation, delivering to agreed scope, cost, quality and timescales.
  • Lead planning, governance and delivery across design, build, route to live and implementation, ensuring accountable deliverables are signed off.
  • Identify and escalate delivery risks, dependencies and upstream or downstream impacts to keep releases and roadmap initiatives on track.
  • Build effective working relationships across the business, influencing colleagues, resolving queries and ensuring actions are followed through.
  • Lead and facilitate Agile delivery activities including Daily Stand-ups, Release Planning, Backlog Refinement, Retrospectives and Sprint Reviews.
  • Coach and support colleagues within the team, creating an environment that encourages collaboration, learning and delivery excellence.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience of working on Rectification & Remediation projects, with a strong understanding of the R&R lifecycle.
  • Strong project management experience, with a track record of leading change from idea through to implementation.
  • Strong planning, governance and financial management skills, with experience delivering against scope, cost, quality and timescales.
  • Experience working within change lifecycles and supporting governance requirements.
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments, with a good understanding of Agile ways of working.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the confidence to make sound judgements in complex or challenging situations.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across a range of colleagues and partners.

(Please note our roles can generate a considerable amount of interest and can close early so don't miss out on this opportunity to apply today.)

This Is A Place For You

Our ambition is to be the leading UK business for diversity, equity and inclusion supporting our customers, colleagues and communities and we’re committed to creating an environment in which everyone can thrive, learn and develop. We offer reasonable workplace adjustments for colleagues with disabilities, including flexibility in office attendance, location and working patterns. And, as a Disability Confident Leader, we guarantee interviews for a fair and proportionate number of applicants who meet the minimum criteria for the role with a disability, long-term health or neurodivergent condition through the Disability Confident Scheme. We provide reasonable adjustments throughout the recruitment process to reduce or remove barriers. Just let us know what you need.

We also offer a wide-ranging benefits package, which includes:

  • A generous pension contribution of up to 15%
