We have set an ambition to maintain a gender balance of 45–55% in executive roles1 by the end of 2030.
At the end of 2025, 40.4% of executive roles were held by women.

Since launching the proposition, we have experienced a major cultural shift as we continue to challenge the stigma around menopause and support all our colleagues to be menopause aware and informed.
Through our private medical support, colleagues have access to Bupa’s dedicated menopause helpline and enhanced medical support. They can also join our private internal community to share experiences with others.
