About this opportunity
We’re looking for agile delivery leadership for the most-used journeys in Lloyds Banking Group. Help us transform the logon experience and all related Access journeys.
Consumer Servicing & Engagement (CS&E) – Who we are & what we do!
Here in CS&E, we run the UK’s largest digital retail bank with over 22 million active online and mobile users. We help customers manage their money safely, confidently, and in ways that feel simple and intuitive.
Our purpose is to build deeper more trusted relationships with our customers and support them to improve their financial lives by offering valuable, engaging and human-like digital banking experiences.
We own the experience and customer journeys across most of the major servicing journeys, including Access, the overall structure and look and feel of the App, understanding your transactions, Payments, Conversational Banking, Open Banking and more — designing seamless experiences at huge scale.
We’re on a multi‑year transformation, strengthening engineering practices, maturing Product & Journey ownership, and improving cross‑functional flow.
‘Integrator’ is our name for an agile delivery lead. You’ll coordinate and integrate delivery of technical components that requires cross-cutting engagement across multiple Labs and third parties. In this role you’ll be pivotal in shaping outcomes for millions of customers every day.
The Access Lab
Digital Access is the gateway to all digital experiences – from logon to App enrolment it's where we first build customer trust and enable seamless onward experiences. We ensure each digital interaction, whether for new or existing customers, is secure and seamless. As owners of identification, authentication and credential management we shape how we safely move customers into the consumer digital channel.
We’re re-designing all these journeys, and delivering them in google cloud architecture. We’ll make them faster, easier to complete, more secure and quicker to change.
The key responsibilities of the role:
As an Integrator you’ll model a desire to develop your skills and experience, create space to learn and collaborate, demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and confidence. You’ll understand, embrace and be able to select with confidence the most appropriate tools and methods to deliver change. You should strive to build relationships across role communities, change teams and business areas to maximise opportunities for continuous improvement through shared learnings.
About us…
We’re on an exciting journey and there couldn’t be a better time to join us. The investments we’re making in our people, data, and technology are leading to innovative projects, fresh possibilities, and countless new ways for our people to work, learn, and thrive.
