In Transport, we play a vital role in helping businesses transition toward more sustainable mobility. As more organisations move to electric vehicles, we support them with the insights, products, and guidance needed to reach their Net Zero ambitions. Within the Lex Autolease Corporate team, you’ll join a collaborative and forward‑thinking group that partners with some of our most established Corporate customers to help optimise and transform their fleets.
As a Corporate Customer Relationship Manager, you’ll lead your own portfolio of customers, acting as a trusted advisor across operational, commercial, and strategic levels. You'll use data-driven solutions to reduce cost and risk while driving revenue opportunities for both the customer and the business. This is a role where you can truly influence the future of sustainable transport, build high‑impact partnerships, and play a key part in our growth journey.
Lead a portfolio of Corporate customers, driving retention, profitability, and long-term strategic relationships from operational through to C-suite level.
Use insight‑led analysis to reduce customer cost and risk while identifying and converting revenue opportunities, including EV transition planning.
Achieve commercial growth targets across fleet size, orders, deliveries, and contract amendments, while promoting Lex Autolease products and digital tools.
Secure renewals, sole supply agreements, tenders, and proposals, ensuring strong stakeholder engagement and customer satisfaction (CSAT) across your portfolio.
Ensure 100% compliance across audits, bids, risk processes, and credit facility approvals, acting as the escalation point for customer issues.
Conduct Quarterly and Annual Strategic Reviews face to face, supported by monthly virtual or in‑person meetings.
Maintain excellent mCRM rigor, documenting strategy, pipeline, contacts, renewals, and customer plans with full accuracy.
Champion innovation by promoting digital journeys, reducing manual processes, embracing new technology (including Copilot/AI), and ensuring customer reporting through LAI & Orion Power BI.
Strong environmental awareness and understanding of the industry’s move toward sustainable driving solutions and EV financing.
Proven ability to build trusted, long‑term partnerships with clients and support them through complex, evolving needs.
Skilled in managing relationships at both senior and operational levels.
Excellent verbal communication, presentation, interpersonal, and influencing skills, comfortable engaging both face‑to‑face and via MS Teams.
Strategic problem solver with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
Strong time‑management skills with the adaptability to operate in changing environments.
Understanding of risk, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
Experience in fleet management, mobility solutions, or financial services.
Familiarity with CRM tools, particularly mCRM, and customer planning frameworks.
Understanding of electric vehicle technology and the wider sustainable transport landscape.
Ability to interpret data and present data-driven recommendations.
