Job description

Purpose of the Role

As an Accounts Co-Ordinator , you’ll help keep the day‑to‑day finances of our properties running smoothly. You’ll make sure payments are handled properly, records are accurate, and that everyone from residents to suppliers gets a seamless, stress free experience. Working alongside the wider Lloyds Living team, you’ll support property managers, tidy up queries, and help make sure everyone has a smooth experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process daily rent receipts, keep a clear record of all actions, and update the internal teams where necessary.
  • Complete daily client account reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Work with our site‑based Property Managers to set up and update rental charges for new and existing customers.
  • Deliver timely and accurate responses to enquiries regarding rent accounts.
  • Maintain accurate ledgers for rent, deposits, service charges, and other income streams.
  • Prepare and process supplier payments, ensuring invoices are correct, authorised, and allocated to the right properties.
  • Process refunds to tenants, suppliers, and other stakeholders as required.
  • Maintain accurate operational reporting and MI.
  • Support month‑end processes including reconciliations, reports, and preparing summaries.
  • Support external audits or internal reviews by providing accurate, organised information.
  • Ensure compliance with client money regulations, internal controls, and industry standards.

Skills & Experience

Must have

  • 3+ years’ residential client accounting experience, ideally PRS, BtR or new build.
  • Use of property management systems such as SLM or Qube.

Nice to have

  • Industry qualification/membership of either ARLA/Propertymark.

What We’re Looking For

  • A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Someone who embodies Lloyds Living’s values: customer-first, collaborative, and committed to quality.
  • A team player with a passion for delivering exceptional service and improving processes.

We also offer a wide-ranging benefits package, which includes:

  • A generous pension contribution of up to 15%

  • An annual performance-related bonus

  • Share schemes including free shares

  • Benefits you can adapt to your lifestyle, such as discounted shopping

  • 24 days' holiday, with bank holidays on top

  • A range of wellbeing initiatives and generous parental leave policies
