JOB TITLE: Associate Director - Fiduciary & Funds
LOCATION: Jersey
HOURS: Full Time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced growing team as an Associate Director within the Fiduciaries, Funds and Corporates Team within Jersey.
The Crown Dependencies business, Lloyds Bank Corporate Markets (LBCM) is the fastest-growing business within Lloyds Banking Group, making this an exciting time to join and make a real impact.
Our Financial Institutions team is seeking an Associate Director to lead key client relationships across Jersey and help deliver our ambitious growth plans. You will work collaboratively across the Bank, building strong internal and external networks to support sustainable growth.
Recent success in this market presents a significant opportunity to further strengthen our position, enhance the Bank’s profile within the local business and professional community, and support our ambition to be the Crown Dependencies’ bank of choice.
What You’ll Be Doing
As an Associate Director, you’ll be accountable for delivering commercial outcomes while leading relationships and contributing to the wider team strategy. Your responsibilities will include:

Market knowledge – a strong understanding of product offerings and awareness of the Jersey business, economic and market environment.
Strong organisational skills – the ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple competing demands.
Communication skills – confidence and clarity when communicating at all levels, both verbally and in writing, across a range of audiences.
Risk awareness – an understanding of the key risks facing the business and the role you play in managing them.
A conscientious and collaborative approach – disciplined, resilient and confident in handling competing priorities.
