JOB TITLE: Driver Quotation & Retentions Manager
SALARY: £44,901
LOCATION(S): Watford
HOURS: Full-time
WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid working, informal requirement to be in the office at least 3 days a week, as their influence in person will be significant but flexible both ways, to be in more or less according to the needs of the individual and business.

Looking for an experienced Quotations & Driver Retentions Manager to lead and coordinate Retentions, New Business, and Cancellations teams. This role is important in driving operational excellence and achieving organisational objectives through effective leadership and collaboration. What you’ll need
Management & Decision-Making as well as guiding teams through complex customer interactions and operational challenges, ensuring timely and effective resolutions. Also keeping the teams motivated by Inspiring team leaders to maintain a customer-focused perspective, and high service standards, even during peak periods. Demonstrate appreciation and understanding of team concerns, building loyalty and driving swift resolutions.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills by guiding and support to team leaders, ensuring alignment with business goals, including SLAs. Monitor performance metrics, by using reporting and data to implement strategies to optimise efficiency. Develop a positive, high-performance culture across all teams.
Show adaptability and problem-solving by addressing technical issues, complaints, and business obstacles promptly with practical solutions. Uphold accountability and integrity openly. Own team performance and customer happiness.
Collaboration and coordinate with team to achieve goals, communicate key messages from senior leadership, and ensure alignment.
Manage priorities efficiently, attend meetings prepared, and ensure timely completion of business requests, with continuous improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and procedures, driving development and efficiency across the team.
Handle customer complaints and internal disputes expertly, turning challenges into positive outcomes.
Also support the Department Head through various unscheduled tasks, and strategic projects to improve efficiency, profitability, and productivity
Adopt AI and data by using reporting to ensure we have facts to back up future strategies, direction and decision making.

In depth understanding of Salary Sacrifice products, Bik taxation and different VAT treatment is such schemes.
Previous experience in customer service and telephone communication.
A collaborative teammate, capable of proactive planning, problem-solving, and prioritising tasks efficiently.
Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong organisational skills and a proactive attitude, with warm, enthusiastic demeanour with self-motivation.
Experience in the Fleet or Salary Sacrifice sector.
