We’re looking for a data-driven and technically skilled Marketing Intelligence Analyst to join our Marketing Intelligence team at Lloyds Banking Group. This role is perfect for someone who wants to be part on a group wide programme to transform digital marketing data into real-time, actionable insights through sophisticated marketing intelligence solutions. If you’re passionate about automation, performance tracking, and enabling smarter, faster marketing decisions, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing

As a Marketing Intelligence Senior Analyst, you’ll support the development of scalable, automated reporting and analytics solutions that provide a comprehensive view of marketing performance across digital channels. You’ll collaborate with marketing, data engineering, and marketing teams to uphold data integrity, develop user-friendly dashboards, and incorporate evolving Generative BI capabilities throughout the function. You will also play a key role in a data migration to GCP helping with requirements gather and project management.

You will have a key part in enabling real-time decision-making by providing insights that assist in campaign optimisation, customer engagement, and planning.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver automated, real-time dashboards and reporting tools to track digital marketing performance.

  • Support the development of marketing intelligence solutions that support campaign analysis, audience segmentation, and channel optimisation.

  • Collaborate with data engineering and platform teams to ensure robust data pipelines and accurate tracking.

  • Translate complex datasets into clear, visual insights that support strategic marketing decisions.

  • Monitor critical metrics and proactively identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities.

  • Support the development of self-serve BI tools and training for marketing stakeholders.

  • Champion the use of Gen BI and data storytelling across the marketing function.

  • Stay current with digital analytics trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve reporting capabilities.

Why join us?

From building a truly sustainable business to creating a place where people love to work, we’re looking for colleagues who are up for the challenge, who love to push boundaries and can make change happen. Sound like you?

What we’re looking for?

  • Proven experience in reporting and BI.

  • Any eye for design without falling into the trap of style over substance

  • An understanding of digital marketing metrics, campaign tracking, and performance reporting.

  • Organised person, able to manage multiple workloads and stakeholders

  • Proficiency in BI and data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Google Data Studio.

  • Experience with data querying and transformation using SQL, BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar platforms.

  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for data accuracy, automation, and storytelling.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • A proactive, collaborative approach with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
