Lloyds’ barcode cash paying-in app feature hits £3 million in deposits using PayPoint

  • Lloyds customers can now also use their debit card to pay-in cash at participating PayPoint locations.

Lloyds customers have paid in over £3 million using the barcode cash deposit feature at local PayPoint locations, since its launch in August.

Alongside, generating a barcode in the app, Lloyds customers now have the option to use their debit card to deposit notes and coins at participating (over 3,000) PayPoint locations. Customers can pay in up to £300 in each transaction, deposits are quick and secure and the money appears in accounts within minutes. 

Customers can find their nearest PayPoint location and check what type of deposits are accepted using the Lloyds app, website or on the PayPoint website.
