Lloyds supports Trent & Dove with new £88m finance package

Lloyds has agreed a new £88 million finance package with Trent & Dove, building on a long‑established relationship and supporting the housing provider’s plans to deliver more safe, affordable homes for residents across Staffordshire and Derbyshire.

Trent & Dove owns and manages more than 6,500 homes across East Staffordshire, South Derbyshire and North West Leicestershire. The finance package will help Trent & Dove continue its work maintaining high‑quality homes, developing new properties, and supporting neighbourhood projects.

 

Supporting long-term housing delivery

The new finance package includes:

  • £58 million package from Scottish Widows, part of Lloyds Banking Group, which combines existing debt with new funding and extends the term, giving Trent & Dove more certainty and greater financial flexibility for future planning and development.
  • £30 million Revolving Credit Facility, providing ongoing flexibility to help Trent & Dove manage liquidity and support operational needs.
