Sustainability
We have an important role to play in creating a more sustainable and inclusive future.
Lloyds will welcome customers to its brand new Rugby branch on Monday 6 July, following a £1.4 million investment in its new town centre home.
The new North Street branch – which replaces Lloyds’ previous premises on Church Street – has been designed to create a bright, modern and welcoming space where customers can manage their money using the latest technology, supported by expert colleagues.
Open-plan areas provide a more relaxed banking environment, while ample private space is available for more sensitive discussions.
The investment reflects changes in the way customers bank, with new facilities including cash deposit and withdrawal machines available 24/7, alongside dedicated areas where customers can receive support with online and mobile banking.
Colleagues will be available to help with everything from everyday banking to major life events, such as buying a home.
The branch also offers customers greater flexibility, opening until 5pm on weekdays and 1pm on Saturdays.
Located in the heart of Rugby town centre, the branch will be staffed by a team of six colleagues.
To celebrate the opening, the first customers through the doors on Monday 6 July will have the chance to get their hands on one of Lloyds' iconic horse plushies.
The move represents the next chapter in Lloyds' long-standing presence in Rugby, bringing improved facilities and extended opening hours for local customers.
