About this opportunity

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to lead and collaborate with a multidisciplinary design team focused on a core product area within Experience Design. You'll bring clarity to complex problems, guide colleagues and stakeholders, and champion high quality experiences that meet customer needs and support strategic goals. You'll take ownership of your work, articulate clear rationale for design decisions, and present confidently to senior partners.

As a Senior UX Designer, you will:

  • Champion consistency across the app by driving alignment and coherence of experiences so customers enjoy a seamless and unified journey.

  • Develop frameworks, design principles and reference patterns that guide consistent design across key touchpoints.

  • Shape and define backlog items, working with colleagues to clarify scope, define outcomes and prepare initiatives for effective delivery.

  • Produce design assets including concepts, journey maps and service blueprints to explore options and inform decision making.

  • Partner with the Customer Lifecycle Management team to measure and improve the quality and consistency of end to end journeys involving Devices services.

  • Develop experience measurement frameworks, dashboards and quality benchmarks that help track and improve experience outcomes.

  • Support cross cutting channels and capabilities such as secure web and communications, ensuring they enable customer goals and align to strategic intent.

  • Produce prototypes, flows and outcome maps that help teams align on shared objectives and manage dependencies.

  • Provide leadership within the design team, supporting decision making and nurturing a positive team culture.

  • Develop and mentor team members to build capability and promote a strong growth culture.

What you'll need

  • Experience leading teams

  • Strong stakeholder negotiation skills

  • A strong strategic vision that aligns well to the overall business strategy
