JOB TITLE: Social & Digital Assistant Marketing Manager 

SALARY: £40,824 - £45,360 

LOCATION: Bristol 

HOURS: Full-time 

WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites. Colleagues with disabilities can be supported with workplace adjustments including hybrid working expectations in line with our Flexibility Works policy. 

What you’ll be doing 

  • Performance marketing delivery across paid social and programmatic channels, designed to meet commercial targets. 

  • Working with our agencies to support media planning and performance. 

  • Structure testing plans and optimise content through performance analysis and regular testing. 

  • Spot trends, experimenting with new formats, and bring fresh thinking to social and digital content. 

  • Collaborate with measurement teams on attribution, incrementality and measurement frameworks. 

  • Support the creative delivery of our ATL and conversion campaigns across social and programmatic, including media planning, creative development, reporting and attribution. 

  • Use your social media and digital expertise to advise the wider B2B team with the development of their campaigns. 

  • Spot trends, experimenting with new formats, and bring fresh thinking to social and digital content. 

  • Design capabilities using Adobe Creative Suite. 

  • Social channel management of multiple brands and platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. Build all organic and paid content using social media management tools. 

  • Act as a tone of voice and brand guardian for B2B social channels.

What we’re looking for? 

  • Proven experience of managing performance-led digital marketing and/or social media campaigns. 

  • You bring fresh thinking and a test‑and‑learn mindset, driving innovation to keep us at the forefront across social and programmatic channels. 

  • Strong understanding of paid media optimisations levers. 

  • Comfortable analysing platform and analytical data (e.g. Meta, Linkedin campaign manager, DV360 and adobe analytics, power bi or similar) 

  • Understanding of full funnel marketing 

  • Good understanding of paid digital media planning and audience targeting. 

  • Experience of design in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent. 

  • Minimum of 2 years marketing experience  

And any experience of these would be great 

  • Knowledge of Financial Services ideally in B2B would be valuable.
