Job description

JOB TITLE: Senior Manager, Lex Autolease Corporate - New Business

LOCATION: National (Flexible)

HOURS: Full time

WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office hubs.

What you’ll be doing

Ready to lead enterprise growth at the heart of the UK’s fleet and mobility transformation? This is a senior commercial leadership role where you’ll shape strategy, win complex new business and lead high‑performing teams in a fast‑moving, highly regulated environment.

You’ll sit within the Lex Autolease Corporate Sales leadership team, owning new‑to‑bank growth across large corporate customers. Working closely with colleagues across Lloyds Banking Group, you’ll set a sector‑led go‑to‑market strategy, identify and convert major opportunities, and ensure disciplined execution across pricing, governance and risk.

You’ll lead and develop a Business Development team, setting the deployment model, coaching performance and maintaining a healthy, high‑quality pipeline. From bid/no‑bid decisions and tender responses to deal structuring and senior stakeholder negotiation, you’ll take accountability for winning sustainable, profitable growth.

Alongside this, you’ll build strong external networks with OEMs, dealer partners and industry bodies, representing Lex Autolease in the market and supporting customers on their journey towards more sustainable mobility solutions.

Why join us?

We’re transforming at pace, investing billions in our people, data and technology to change the way we meet the needs of our customers. We’re growing, and we’d love you to be part of the journey.

Essential experience

  • Significant experience (typically 5+ years) leading enterprise or large‑corporate new business growth in a regulated B2B environment, such as asset finance, leasing, fleet, mobility or financial services

  • Proven track record of winning complex, high‑value deals, including formal tenders, pricing strategy, deal structuring and senior stakeholder negotiation

  • Strong people leadership experience, with the ability to build, coach and performance‑manage sales or business development teams

  • Experience operating in a matrixed organisation, influencing senior stakeholders (Director level and above) without direct authority

And any experience of these would be great

  • Experience working with OEM, dealer or strategic partner ecosystems

  • Exposure to sustainability, EV transition or fleet transformation strategies

  • Experience shaping go‑to‑market or sector‑based growth strategies

We know that great talent comes from many backgrounds. Whilst this job advert may reference specific years of experience, we recognise that skills are developed in many ways, so if you have relevant, transferable experience, we encourage you to apply.

This is a place for you

We offer a wide‑ranging benefits package, including:

  • A generous pension contribution of up to 15%
  • An annual performance‑related bonus
  • Share schemes including free shares
  • Benefits you can tailor to your lifestyle, such as discounted shopping
  • 30 days’ holiday, plus bank holidays
  • A range of wellbeing initiatives and generous parental leave policies
