Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for someone to challenge and stretch themselves to be a key part of the Data Enablement team within Finance Data & Analytics Office (FDAO).

The role is accountable for shaping, prioritising, and framing demand to ensure alignment with platform strategy, data priorities, and customer outcomes within the Front Door operating model.

Providing full oversight of portfolio work to our customers, handling the inbound requests to ensure prioritisation of work is efficient and effective.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual who is driven, dedicated to successful delivery and will thrive in a fast‑paced role, with a genuine desire to make a difference. You’ll enjoy working with data, producing trend analysis with a strong eye for detail, while gaining valuable exposure to building relationships across the Finance Platform and Finance teams.

Why Lloyds Banking Group

Like the modern Britain we serve, we’re evolving. Investing billions in our people, data and tech to transform the way we meet the ever-changing needs of our 26 million customers. We’re growing with purpose. Join us on our journey and you will too…

Day to day responsibilities include

  • Use AI-enabled tools and data analysis to identify root causes, surface improvement opportunities, and implement measurable, sustainable change through automation.

  • Act as the primary Front Door interface with Labs and delivery teams.

  • Assess incoming requests and initiatives through a strategic lens, considering platform priorities, data issues, dependencies, and organisational objectives.

  • Key lead in complex and cross lab requests

  • Review customer satisfaction feedback and insight data.

  • Identify recurring themes, trends, and areas of concern or opportunity.

  • Communicate with clarity, confidence and structure, tailoring messages to different audiences.

You’ll also be involved in:

  • Lead or facilitate lab surgeries, presenting work with clear business, data, and strategic context.

  • Collaborating across the team on activities and initiatives to develop our team culture.

What you’ll need:

  • Influencing & Stakeholder engagement

    • Experience acting as a primary point of contact between teams or functions

    • Influencing priorities and outcomes

    • Ability to work with stakeholders of varying seniority

  • Analytical mindset with practical application

    • Using data, insight, or information to identify themes, trends, or issues

    • Ability to join the dots and summarise the story, not just produce data

  • Demand, prioritisation, or portfolio‑style experience

  • Strong written communication

  • Experience with AI, automation, or continuous improvement

  • Self‑starter / ownership signals

    • Taking initiative, owning processes, or driving work forward without heavy direction

    • Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced or evolving environment
