Job description

JOB TITLE: Senior Manager – Strategic Corporate Accounts (Lex Autolease)

LOCATION: Manchester

HOURS: Full-time

WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites. Colleagues can be supported with flexibility in line with our Flexibility Works policy.

What you’ll be doing

This is a pivotal leadership role within Lex Autolease, part of Lloyds Banking Group’s Transport business, where you’ll lead some of our most significant corporate client relationships while driving performance at scale.

As a Senior Manager for Strategic Corporate Accounts, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of high-value, complex corporate customers, acting as a trusted strategic partner and shaping long-term commercial outcomes. You’ll operate at senior stakeholder level externally, while leading a substantial internal function — with 11 direct reports and an overall team of c.50 colleagues — to deliver consistent, high-quality service and measurable growth.

You’ll define and execute account strategies aligned to your clients’ business priorities, sustainability goals and operating models, leading strategic business reviews that translate operational data and insight into clear, commercially focused recommendations.

Across your portfolio, you’ll drive performance by identifying revenue opportunities, improving cost efficiency, and expanding solutions across fleet, mobility, EV transition and digital products. You’ll play a key role in contract discussions and renewals, balancing customer outcomes with sustainable returns for the business.

A core part of the role is leveraging data, analytics and AI-enabled insight to enhance forecasting, improve decision-making and optimise fleet performance. You’ll also champion the use of technology to streamline processes and enhance the end-to-end customer experience.

Working cross-functionally across Lex Autolease and the wider LBG Transport business, you’ll build strong internal partnerships to deliver against both customer commitments and commercial objectives, while developing a high-performing team and leadership bench for the future.
