You will oversee the planning, articulation, and delivery of essential communication campaigns. Experience leading coordinated campaigns through organizational and public channels is required. Strong commercial and political insight is also important.

You’ll need a strong awareness of the external business environment and understand the issues that concern Group stakeholders.

Why Lloyds Banking Group

What you’ll need

  • Strong corporate affairs background, with extensive experience of working across and delivering communications to corporate stakeholder audiences.

  • Expertise in using data and insight to craft external and internal communications.

  • An understanding of how to measure and improve reputation.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Excellent at building positive relationships and collaborating with others.

  • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

Our focus is to ensure we're inclusive every day, building an organisation that reflects modern society and celebrates diversity in all its forms.

We want our people to feel that they belong and can be their best, regardless of background, identity or culture.

We were one of the first major organisations to set goals on diversity in senior roles, create a menopause health package, and a dedicated Working with Cancer initiative.

And it’s why we especially welcome applications from underrepresented groups.

We’re disability confident. So if you’d like reasonable adjustments to be made to our recruitment processes, just let us know

We also offer a wide ranging benefits package, which includes:
