Join Lloyds Banking Group, a leading financial institution committed to helping Britain prosper. Our Crown Dependencies business is the fastest-growing segment within the Group, presenting an exciting opportunity for you to make a significant impact. As part of our dynamic Financial Intermediaries (FI) team based in the Isle of Man, you'll work alongside experienced Relationship Directors to manage and expand our commercial relationships. Our team focuses on regulated trust and corporate service providers, Wealth Managers, and Private Family Offices, playing a crucial role in the Crown Dependencies strategy.

As a Relationship Manager, you'll be instrumental in managing and growing our portfolio, working closely with the FI leadership to set and deliver the Isle of Man team's strategy. You'll be responsible for effectively managing risk, building the Bank's profile, and expanding your network across trade and industry bodies. This role offers a unique opportunity for a driven, self-starter to make a real difference in the local market, enhancing the Bank's presence and reputation within the business and professional community.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead significant client relationships across the FI market, focusing on Trust & Corporate Service Providers.

  • Take responsibility for the oversight of a portfolio and growth ambitions.

  • Support business development, including pitching new services and implementing solutions.

  • Coach and share experience with the team, collaborating with business partners, credit and risk.

  • Challenge processes and find new ways of working to create a more efficient, client-focused team.

  • Collaborate with product partners to deepen client relationships and support the development of new products.

  • Market Knowledge: Awareness of the business, economic and market environment specific to the Isle of Man and the wider FI industry sector.

  • Networking: Proven ability to promote the business capabilities and expertise, by building a strong stakeholder network internally and externally.

  • Risk Management and Control: Ability to identify, assess and mitigate risks, with a solid understanding of the regulatory framework, specifically relating to the FI industry sector and wider Crown Dependencies.

  • Business Strategy and Model: Keenness to drive and deliver Lloyds Banking Group’s key strategic objectives and commitments across the Crown Dependencies.

  • Conscientious & Collaborative: Disciplined approach to work, confident in handling several opposing priorities, and a great teammate who can take the broader view for the benefit of those they work with.
