Sustainability
We have an important role to play in creating a more sustainable and inclusive future.
Together with the Woodland Trust, we're helping to plant 10 million trees across the UK by 2030.
Together with the Woodland Trust, we're helping to plant 10 million trees across the UK by 2030.
Through large-scale tree planting and habitat creation, we're addressing the nature and climate emergency. By creating new woodlands and restoring natural habitats, we're supporting biodiversity and building a more resilient natural environment.
We're also helping farmers create new woodland and hedgerows through the Woodland Trust's MOREwoods and MOREhedges schemes. Eligible farmers can access preferential funding to support the planting of more than 0.5 hectares of new woodland.
From supporting jobs and economic growth to improving health and helping tackle climate change, trees and woodlands create value across the UK.
