  • SALARY: £32,395.00
  • LOCATION(S): Villier House, Douglas, Isle of Man
  • HOURS: Full-time
  • WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.

An exciting new role has become available within the Onboarding team in the Isle of Man to support the business growth objectives of the Fiduciary, Funds & Commercial business within the Crown Dependencies.

You’ll play a key role in assisting both new and existing clients with account opening, ensuring a seamless and proactive service experience.

As a member of a dedicated Onboarding team you’ll be providing technical subject matter expertise to execute the onboarding process in line with Group-wide and local policy requirements and minimum standards in accordance with agreed risk appetite. Clients are from a range of sectors including large corporates, Trust & Corporate Service Providers, Life and Captives.

You will be:

  • The main point of contact for onboarding matters to our clients in the Isle of Man, supporting clients throughout the onboarding journey to ensure the best start to their relationship with Lloyds Bank
  • Responsible for explaining and supporting with KYC/due diligence requirements to external clients. including accompanying Relationship Managers on client visits where required.
  • Initiating the onboarding process including requesting initial KYC and application forms prior to handing over to our middle office Onboarding team.

  • The ability to work under pressure and apply logical thinking to problem solving
  • Relationship Management skills for internal/external relationships.
  • To know how to communicate with individuals at all levels.
  • Strong communication skills both oral and written.
  • Organisational Awareness – Knows how to get things done and gain commitment.
  • Attention to Detail – Be able to complete account opening to a high standard.
