  • WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at our Watford office.

What you’ll need

  • Experience of leading all aspects of IT operational tasks and resolving sophisticated queries and bugs directly, or raising and prioritising IT bug requests when vital to the relevant department and making internal department aware.

  • To be able to support and complete sophisticated Single Sign-On (SSO) migrations to ensure seamless transitions for customers joining or moving between Employee Benefit Partners (EBPs).

  • Lead fast paced projects by capturing requirements, completing key tasks, and maintaining clear communication among partners to achieve successful migrations.

  • Experience of managing SSO-related operations, including handling daily emails, queries, and providing support for all aspects of SSO functionality.

  • Demonstrate experience and be able administer account changes efficiently, including scheme closures, novations, modifications to user data fields, and other key updates.

  • Experience of supporting the management of IT BAU (Business as Usual) requirements, prioritising bug fixes, and implementing small improvements to enhance system performance

  • Drive awareness and education on SSO across the business, by promoting standard processes, integrations, and API functionalities across the business

And any experience of these would be really useful

  • Experience of delivering regular verbal and written updates, with clear and confident communication across all partner levels both internally and externally.

  • Demonstrate building and maintain strong partner relationships to find opportunities to maximise commercial potential within migrations and reviewing post-migration outcomes and share information.

  • Experience of collaborating with Partners to ensure data accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and maintain synchronisation of orders and vehicles across systems.

  • Being able to act as a central coordinator, liaising between internal departments (Marketing, Account Management, IT) and external counterparts at customers and Employee Benefit providers.
