About this opportunity

Consumer Servicing & Engagement (CS&E) Platform delivers a unified digital servicing proposition for personal customers on the device of their choosing, giving the best digital customer experience to increase engagement and options for self-service.

We build deeper and more trusted relationships with our customers and support them to improve their financial lives by offering valuable, engaging and human-like digital banking experiences. We grow customer satisfaction and trust through simple, helpful and personalised experiences that they love.

We provide and guide customers to complete and easy-to-use self-serve offerings where they can leverage our digital channels for their servicing needs. We deepen valued customer relationships, helping them build financial resilience, by understanding what they need and when.

Key responsibilities for the role:

  • Act as a lead for other integrators within the Engagement lab, keeping a close eye on key delivery management stats and backlog and support other integrators with planning.

  • Identify risks early in the delivery cycle and manage or raise them appropriately with collaborators and other lab leadership.

  • Work collaboratively with various stakeholders internally and externally, including but not limited to Customer Journey Managers and Product Owners, creating long term roadmaps for the entire lab to ensure interlock and delivery of lab dependencies and plans at pace

  • Confidence owning progress against plan and dependencies and reporting within the platform at various levels

  • Manage complex and high-risk implementations requiring integration between multiple parties (internal/external) to ensure safe delivery.

What you’ll need:

  • Ability to lead complex business and technology changes some of which would need pan lab coordination.

  • Experience of resolving conflicting priorities into a single product roadmap by facilitating discussion and resolution between various partners and persuade collaborators to consider alternative views.

  • Expert in Agile methodology and prior experience of Scaled Agile Framework would be beneficial. Hands on experience of tools like JIRA, JIRA Align and Power BI.

  • Have good working knowledge of product lifecycle governance including finance and risk management.

  • Experience of collating status updates from other integrators and ability to communicate lab wide status to senior partners.

  • Ability to create bold automation ideas to reduce overheads on engineering leadership teams.

  • To be able to influence positively and mentor team members to demonstrate the right values and behaviours.

About working for us

Our focus is to ensure we're inclusive every day, building an organisation that reflects modern society and celebrates diversity in all its forms.

We’re committed to creating a consciously inclusive workplace where our colleagues can be themselves, thrive and perform at their best. We were one of the first major organisations to set goals on diversity in senior roles, create a menopause health package, and a dedicated Working with Cancer Initiative.

As an inclusive employer, we offer Workplace Adjustments for colleagues with a disability (which may include long-term health and neurodivergent conditions) where it is reasonable to do so. This could include flexibility with regards to office attendance, location, and working pattern.

Through the DCS, we guarantee to interview a fair and proportionate number of applicants with a disability, whose application meets the minimum criteria for the advertised job role.

We also provide adjustments that are reasonable throughout the recruitment process to reduce or remove barriers for applicants with a disability, long-term health condition or neurodivergent condition. If you’d like an adjustment to the recruitment process just let us know.

We also offer a wide-ranging benefits package, which includes:
