About This Opportunity

At Lloyds Banking Group, we’re committed to helping Britain prosper. Our Workplace team plays a vital role in supporting customers as they save for retirement, ensuring our products deliver real value and meet evolving needs. As part of this collaborative and forward-thinking team, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to deliver great customer outcomes, while embedding Consumer Duty principles into everything we do.

This dual-hatted role offers a unique opportunity to develop your expertise across both product governance and risk management. You’ll work closely with colleagues across Risk, Product, and Compliance, using data insights to monitor performance, identify risks and drive improvements. If you’re passionate about doing the right thing for customers and want to grow your career in a dynamic, purpose-led environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Accountabilities

  • Monitor and analyse customer data to ensure workplace pension products deliver fair value and good outcomes.

  • Identify risks and issues across the end-to-end customer journey and support the development of action plans.

  • Develop and maintain key MI and KPIs to enhance Consumer Duty compliance and product oversight.

  • Support change governance by assessing customer, regulatory and commercial impacts of proposed changes.

  • Maintain the Workplace Risk profile, including oversight of action plans, controls and risk events.

  • Prepare and present committee and board papers, offering insights from ongoing product monitoring.

Why Lloyds Banking Group?

Join us and, as well as making a difference to customers, you’ll enjoy a fulfilling career where you’re free to be yourself. Great colleagues, transforming workspaces, hybrid working and a wide variety of career opportunities – you’ll find them all here!

What You’ll Need

  • Analytical experience within a financial institution, with the ability to interpret and work with data sets, using tools like Excel to draw insights and influence decision making.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and confidently to a range of stakeholders.

  • Proven stakeholder management skills, with experience in building collaborative relationships and influencing across different teams and levels.

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, with validated ability to identify risk and opportunity across customer journeys and product performance.

  • Awareness of key FCA regulations including ICOB, CoB, PROD, PRIN and Consumer Duty, and how they apply to product governance.

And this would be beneficial:

  • A solid understanding of LBG Conduct and Compliance policies, particularly around Product Governance and Consumer Duty.

  • Some knowledge of workplace pension products and the broader retirement savings landscape.
