  • JOB TITLE:  Employee Engagement Admin Executive

  • SALARY:  £28,719

  • LOCATION(S): Watford

  • HOURS: Full-time

  • WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least three days per week, or 60% of our time, at our Watford office. During the training period, we do ask new starters to be in the office 5 days a week until they are competent and fully trained

The Employee Engagement Admin Executive plays a crucial role in fostering positive customer interactions and enhancing the overall employee experience. This position is primarily focused on managing email communications from potential customers seeking guidance on our car scheme, along with addressing inquiries related to logins, pricing adjustments, and CSV file uploads. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional written communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a knack for problem-solving. A interest in vehicle specifications and knowledge required. This role also involves collaborating with various departments to streamline processes and improve service delivery.

What you’ll need

  • A basic understanding of Salary Sacrifice products is preferred.

  • Previous experience in customer service and telephone communication.

  • A collaborative team player, capable of proactive planning, problem-solving, and prioritising tasks effectively.

  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset.

  • A warm, enthusiastic demeanour with self-motivation.

  • A keen interest in vehicle specifications (required to answer enquiries)

And any experience of these would be really useful

  • Proactively oversee email communications, allocate leads to Employee Engagement Team Executives (EET Execs), and provide timely responses to customer inquiries and login issues. Mostly will be vehicle specification questions, lead-time and stock car queries.

  • Upload and maintain starter and leaver data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality throughout the process.

  • Respond directly to employees via phone and email, delivering excellent service and support.  (Small amount of calls maybe required in busier times).

  • Support the Employee Engagement Supervisor in ad-hoc projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing service delivery and process improvement.

  • Build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders, including customers, drivers, colleagues, suppliers, and partner organizations to facilitate smooth operations.

  • Be available for training in processing urgent cancellation requests during the absence of cancellation executives and possibly joining the phone queue to take urgent overflow calls.

  • Actively liaise with employers to support them post launch to create a link between the EET Team and 1st contact teams, offering support and advice surrounding the login and eligibility processes.

  • To log I.T tickets on behalf of the EET Team to support employees who experience difficulty throughout the driver journey or within the login process.
