Job description

  • JOB TITLE: Client Services Advisor - Onboarding
  • SALARY: £25,517
  • LOCATION(S): Phoenix House, Basildon. Essex.
  • HOURS: Full-time- 12-month Fixed Term Contract
  • WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.

About this Opportunity

Cardnet is our payment system offered by us that allows businesses to accept card payments through various channels. It provides solutions for both in-person (POS terminals) and online payments. We also offer solutions for over-the-phone payments that can be integrated with e-commerce platforms.

This opportunity works closely with Cardnet’s biggest VIP Clients

As a Client Service Advisor, you’ll be:

  • Quality Checking Applications
  • Processing the Onboarding of new merchants
  • Providing an excellent service directly to the Client through weekly calls and emails

What you’ll need

  • Phenomenal Customer Service skills
  • Excellent attention to detail with an ability to maintain high levels of accuracy
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and oral
  • Work well within a Team through collaboration.

And any experience of these would be really useful

  • A proven understanding of Excel
  • Work well under pressure
