Hours: Full time

Working Pattern: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of your time, at our Leeds office.

We’re looking for a Lead Product Owner to help shape the future of our stockbroking services. You’ll work closely with the Lab Product Owner and a talented team of engineers, journey managers and stakeholders to design and deliver outstanding digital experiences. What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead delivery of customer and colleague journeys – Own the end-to-end process from concept to live, ensuring measurable value is delivered.
  • Collaborate across teams – Work with engineers and journey managers to break down work into deliverable increments aligned with customer needs and business goals.
  • Own and prioritise the product backlog – Shape the Lab’s roadmap in partnership with other Product Owners and Lab Leadership.
  • Oversee change governance – Ensure compliance with internal frameworks and regulatory standards.
  • Drive readiness activities – Lead training, communications, testing and implementation planning for new features.
  • Champion delivery excellence – Showcase progress and outcomes across the Lab and wider Group.

What you’ll need:

  • Proven Product Owner experience – Strong track record of backlog ownership and prioritisation.
  • Leadership across multiple teams – Experience empowering delivery teams across locations.
  • Deep understanding of the UK investments market – Gained through both operational and project roles.
  • Strong stakeholder management – Comfortable working with director-level collaborators.
  • Risk and governance expertise – Skilled in managing delivery risks and navigating complex change processes.
  • Technical awareness – Able to help resolve blockers and ensure efficient, scalable solutions.
