HOURS: Full time

WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid, 40% (or two days) in an office site

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to join the Asset Management team within the Transport division of LBG. The division plays a critical role in supporting customer/driver transition to more sustainable driving alternatives, ensuring we support the transition to Net
Zero as consumers and business customers finance electric vehicles with us.


The Asset Management team are responsible for the manufacturer relationships that support our customers, used leasing and optimising disposal routes of assets on return from customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the remarketing propositions to drive maximum asset value.



What you'll be doing...!

  • Develop strong relationships with Corporate customers, Brokers and Retailers to onboard them on to the Used Leasing product
  • Work with product management & operations colleagues to identity & solve customer and colleague pain points
  • Develop and shape propositions to ensure the business can cater to wider customer needs
  • Manage preparation and presentation of solutions to gain agreement at committees
  • Provide SME management/support in the implementation of new initiatives, maintaining relationships with stakeholders to identify business requirements and provide appropriate support and guidance
  • Build strong relationships with teams in Motor Finance & Leasing and wider LBG products, as well as teams across chief operating office, product risk, legal & credit risk
  • Support the profit and loss through management of strategies to drive growth and manage costs
  • Use experience & good contextual awareness with the ability to make decisions in the full knowledge of the relevant business, economic, market and regulatory factors

What you’ll need...

  • A passion for identifying and delivering change to benefit customers and achieve commercial objectives
  • Procedural/Product management experience
  • Ability to cut through ambiguity and complexity to deliver a customer focused solution
  • Ability to build effective stakeholder relationships internally and externally
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills, with confidence in presenting to senior stakeholders
  • Proven ability to formulate and execute delivery plans
  • Knowledge of the consumer & motor finance markets would be a desirable, but not essential
