Customer Support Apprenticeship ((Level 2 Foundation Apprenticeship in Providing Financial Services (Banking)) 

Salary: £25,000

LOCATION: Newport

START DATE: 1st September 2025

HOURS: Full Time (35 hours​

SHIFT PATTERN Early Riser pattern:

  • Start times between 7am and 9am and end times between 3pm and 5pm
  • Maximum of 5 out of 7 days (based on a Monday-Sunday week) 
  • Maximum of 50% weekend days over a 4 week period

Salary: £25,000 increasing to £25,750 after 6 months in role

We're currently looking for caring people to join our contact centre teams to support customers from our Halifax, Bank of Scotland and Lloyds Bank brands.

What you'll need

There's no need for any previous financial services experience.

This is a Hybrid role with homeworking from completion of training and vital checks, so you'll have a great work life balance. As such, we're looking for people who have a suitable home working environment including a private area to take inbound calls and a stable/secure Wi-Fi connection to be able to serve customers when they need us most.

Crucially, you're a people person - working with your team to provide a crucial service to millions of customers.

The passion to put yourself in the customers' shoes, show empathy and be dedicated to resolving their query.
