Department Overview

Community Bank is home for our portfolio of financial services brands that features many of the UK’s best-known brands - Lloyds Bank, Halifax and Bank of Scotland. Together they allow the Group to serve the breadth of financial needs of a diverse range of millions of customers every day.

It is also home to our Customer advisor contact centres 'Connect'.

Connect is located across Scotland, England, Wales & Northern Ireland. With over 6000 colleagues we handle up to 100 million calls every year across some of the UK’s best-known Brands.
