People & Productivity is made up of the following teams:

Service Delivery and Chief Operating Office

Deliver HR services to all permanent colleagues working for or who have ever worked for the Group.

Business Redesign

Focus on Transforming the Group's Ways of Working so that colleagues have the right support to succeed in the future. 

Reward

Responsible for delivering a reward proposition for colleagues

Culture & Talent

A team of experts who are responsible for developing a colleague proposition which will attract, engage and motivate our colleagues.

Business Partnering, Employee Relations & Policy Transformation

Work alongside the businesses within the Group to create and embed best in class people strategy, to ensure they build the Best Team for our colleagues.

Business Risk, Regulatory Engagement & Accountabilities

Provide a risk management and investigatory services across the People and Productivity Division and for the wider Group.

Organisational Design

Improve our efficiency and effectiveness to create a market leading cost position for the Group.

Sourcing & Supply Chain Management

Work with all business units to maximise the value from our external spend and drive superior service performance from our supply chain.

Divestment, Development & Group Property

Divestment, Development is accountable for the Group’s divestment and service provision operating model

Group Property is responsible for all aspects of the Group’s operational portfolio which includes offices, the retail branch network, data centres and critical facilities.
